Below is a reply to a question, if girls in fitness channels on youtube are on steroids and one guy replied this:

"No they are not on juice. They just stay away from sugar, white rice, white bread, white potatoes, saturated fats. They also have some oat meal an hour before working out and consume dextrose with whey protein immediately afer workout.
