The worst broscience is actually Hoescience.

Lady Friend-"I can't lift weights because I will get bulky"

Attractive Ginger Man-"No, you won't. You would have to be taking testosterone to even build that muscle mass"

Lady Friend-"You are wrong, I use to be bulky"

Attractive Ginger Man-"Define Bulky"

Lady Friend-"I was looking like the Hulk. So now I just do cardio to get toned."

*you must eat 6-8 meals a day
*glutamine helps recovery
*you can target parts of a muscle (ie, upper chest, lower biceps)
*leg raises for abs
*you can only absorb 30 grams of protein in one sitting
*ZMA or tribulus for test boosters
*deadlifts and squats are "bad for you"
*when you get old your muscle will turn to fat
*fasted cardio burns more fat and fasted weight training burns muscle

Also fat people saying that they are perfect for bodybuilding bcos when they start lifting they will convert that fat to muscle and look hyooge. The science in this is seriouslyflawed

@Dexdbest Flies allow you to contract the pecs without the added help of the triceps or anterior delts. They don't really shape the chest, but you can focus on a good hard contraction. -3X

So they could be seen as a good muscle building move?

They could. Because they don't allow you to handle as heavy a weight as a pressing movement, they're not optimal though. -3X

Fuark, went to a braai (bbq) tonight and a girl brought 100g beef steak, saying that humans can only consume 100g of protein source at a time, meaning 3 meals x 100g = 300g protein source a day.

I face palm'ed myself so hard, almost broke my nose.

Below is a reply to a question, if girls in fitness channels on youtube are on steroids and one guy replied this:

"No they are not on juice. They just stay away from sugar, white rice, white bread, white potatoes, saturated fats. They also have some oat meal an hour before working out and consume dextrose with whey protein immediately afer workout.
And no carbs before going to sleep, only slOw digesting protein(like casein) with some fat(peanut butter), this protects their muscles from catabolism during sleep thats why they´╗┐ are able to put on so much muscle."

/edit: Probably a troll

Guy doing deadlifts the other day. Friend asked him why never one rep maxes. Says he doesn't want to risk it. Then goes on to explain doing a one rep max has a 1 in 5 chance of giving a hernia..
