no hack squat no leg press9921

just started phat but i am training home ,
i have Leg extensions ,lying leg curls ,barbell for squat front squat box squat etc,
so will it get problem that i dont have hack squat ,Seated leg curls and leg press? so what kind of exersice should i replace these exersices?

Deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts, and good mornings are things you can do

but these exersice still in the program
and layne norton says not to do deadlift and squat same day

Its just an outline.. U can switch exercises in or out.. Not everyone is going to have excess to everything.. Also dont deadlift the same day but it still helps your legs.. And u have enough to do a good leg workout!

I squat and deadlift on the same day. Works just fine for me.

Dead lifting and squatting on the same day is fine man. My lower power was only squat, dead and front squat.

You can also do hack squats with a Barbell. Just sayin.

No problem with squat and deadlift in same day BUT what ever you do second wont be as strong as if you did it first (obviously)

but i dont have exersices to do in the lower body days coz in the article layne norton says not to do front squat and squat at same day
and not to do deadlift and squat at same day :S
so i have no leg press and hack squat i have nothis else to do any advise ?

You can always change the routine up to suit your needs.

Lunges, split squats, barbell hack squats, step-ups...or...get ready...drum roll please... More regular squats. Your legs won't know the difference. -3X

Squats, Barbell Lunges, and Deadlifts. All I do for lower body and I've seen more gains than fuckin around on the press or other machines.
