Really want someone's reply to this.
Sounds very reminiscent of "how do I target my upper chest" so would like a genuine answer.

Surely if you are rowing or doing a pullup, your lats are getting worked and if diet and rest is in place it will add muscle all over and it's shape is genetic?

Never heard of someone big having a "thin" back which is really wide, they always have both.

Movements like bent over rows and seated row are more tailored for back thickness, whilst pull ups and lat pull downs work more of the width aspect

barbell rows, yates rows, t-bar rows

for width

pulldown variations, pull ups

Working really hard on my calves right now! took almost 2 inches in 2 months, still growing!!!!

around 12%! I started really hitting my abs two like 3-4 times a week.
