Finishing up PHAT looking for a new routine.3820

I have been doing PHAT for about 3 months now and I have seen very good gains. I am trying to find a new routine that's similar to PHAT, any advice?

PHAT is a style, not a set routine. You can switch in many different exercises man.

But i know a guy who is sponsored by Scivation, RJ Perkins that came up with a split called PHD-4. Its basically derived off of PHAT. Try it out.

^That was what I was just about to say too... PHAT isn't workout it's style. It's way of training which combines all the good things from different workouts.

I like to change my routine up. I kinda plateaued on bench so I want to make some modifications or change the routine.

Phat for life... I plan on just switching out exercises every now and then. And maybe order ofafew exercises
