Just wanting to gather some of your thoughts on Scoot Herman's pec workout which can be viewed here:

For those of you that have the time, I was thinking of scarping my Pec workout and using his entirely, as I was intrigued by the dropsets and choice of exercises.

What are all your thoughts?

First off, I hate Scott Herman, he is annoying. HAHA

The routine looks killer, However, I would not suggest doing drop sets/supersets every workout. It is a really effective tool to be used on occasion. So if you want to use his routine, go for it, chest is a relatively simple muscle to train, but just be careful to not do drop sets/supersets at every chest session

+1

And agreed with brian12. Also, please don't use his form as your model for correct form. Look at his shoulders raise up on all of his reps. Tsk tsk.

I don't think I'd use his his workout, just bits and pieces - it's certainly better than what I am doing right now. I also seem to workout my shoulders more than my pec's with certain excercises. Cheers for the feedback, and yeah he can be really annoying haha!
