|21 years old male 5'5, 67.5kg (149 pounds). I've been cutting for a while now and i got some nice results. I wonder do i have enough muscle to get to a lower fat percentage or should I start a lean-bulk?
I eat around 1965 calories per day to keep me in a deficit.
