Hi guys. I’ve decided that it’s about time for me to try and lean out after spending the last few years hovering in the upper teens body fat wise.

I just wanted to check that my macros sound about right. My body weight is around 203, I lift 5 times per week and do some conditioning work post lifting on 3 of those days. I’ve read the sticky and come up with the following numbers.

Obviously I can adjust over time. Just wanted to check that there were no glaring deficiencies.

Yeah. I thought fats might be a tad low. I’ve never tried cutting on higher carbs, so I’m interested to see how my energy levels and body composition work out.
