Dumbbell Bench 50kg did 6reps was awesome never tought I would be able to move those when i started working out.
Benchpress feet up 95kg 10:8:11 = 29reps

Tricep extension
Traps

Will take the weekend off to recover and go for some heavy benching on monday

Going to Poland to compete with a few guys from the gym. If my leg holds up I will go for a full power meet. Will laydown a plan for the comp this weekend and start my meet prep coming monday. 10weeks out

So had a little set back with my leg again... Back to benching more and dieting down to around 85kg
