|I'm trying to gain a lot of muscle... But in the process I don't want to just have a belly lol I honestly don't care about a six pack I don't find them very appealing to be honest and plus I enjoy alcohal too much to obsess over having it (I don't over drink every night and miss the gym)... Just my opinion. What kind of workouts are good for just getting my core hard and where you can tell I have a strong core but still gain muscle in the process?

|There are a few ab workouts I have been doing lately which seem to be helping. I do planks (hold for 1 minute, if it's easy then throw some weight on your back), leg lifts, sit-ups on a decline bench, and I also do some high to low and low to high ab rotations to harden my obliques.|
