|I am cutting right now slowly and was curious if doing 20-30 mins on the elliptical is to much? Will doing to much cardio hinder fat lose??? I am at a stall right now and I am currently 245lb 6'5 and have dropped 10 lbs. but I started at 3300 calls and now down to 2900 and really don't think I need to go down any more. I do a 50% carb/ 30% protein/ 20% fat. Thoughts???|

|Just start conservatively like you did with your diet. Start with 1 or 2 sessions a week and add one if you stall.|
