So I'm just starting up again after a long break, i have done routines like 5x5, PHAT, and ws4sb before, I'm getting back into weightlifting, and I'm cutting down so i can start a clean bulk, my long term main focus is an balance between size and strength, i like having a little of both, so PHAT is an good routine for that, but at the moment i feel like I'm not fully ready to go 5 times a week to the gym, i want to start out with just 4, and get back some size and strength gains, what program would you guys recommend to use to get back in the game again? (i really like programs who combine hypertrophy and strength)

Thanks, will start this program next week, i see that some exercices has you to do supersets, can i do normal sets instead?

By the way, whats your thought on candito linear program? the strength/hypertrophy template.
