I've been following the template from the link below for about 7 weeks and just started my 8th. For those who have ran PHAT before, did you ever change up the exercises after running it for a while using the same template? Or did you just keep doing the same exact lifts every week?

@kozzletoff I would just change power movements or anything else, if I first wouldn't progress anymore or something is bugging me, like I'm not enjoying anymore a certain exercise or something just feels wrong/hurts.

@kozzletoff I changed it quite a bit cause i could never get all the machines on the program back to back when i was in the gym.
