Also

Sif you see the bottom right figure in my daily meal plan..its " SUGARS"...should i worry that it is 105??

I have read the FAQ's but didnt find any mention of this..so wanted to check

Looks better. I wouldn't worry about the sugar content, as it isn't a ton of added sugar, it's raisins, honey, etc. -3X

Hi Everyone..

If anyone's interested...I havent been logging lately

but just as an update, I am into week 3 of my Intense Mesocycle..

Going great..Getting Stronger..seating around 450gms carbs a day..3000 cals in total..

2 more weeks and then I test my 1RM again..after the Base Mesco, my 1 RM went from 107.5kg to 125kg..

for the intense I based my numbers on my 1RM as 120kg's to be safer and to make sure I have less failure days..

Hopefully my 1RM has gone up, when its times in 2 weeks

P.S: - we had Arnold classic AU this year in melbourne, went there for of the days...saw the Hodge twins, Matt Ogus, Steve Cook, Rich Piana and a lot others..and ohhh yesss....Arnold himself..

@varunj17 as for the squat issue, here's a good method to improve your squat by strongman Elliot Hulse. Seems similar to the problem your having.

Just one more day left of SMolov...to test my PR

my shoulders and elbows are sore from the 13 weeks...

i am already thinking of whats next for me...possibnly a mix of Strength and Hypertrophy...not PHAT though..

has anyone any other ideas...i can only do 4 days in a week

Ok the results are in

Last day of smolov.1RM upto 135kg ..was a struggling 107.5kgs 13 weeks ago

Tried 140kg twice but cudnt get up so didnt try

Happy with the results...

Now on to my next journey..JUggernaut/candito/DUP

Nice job! A lot of people are finishing this up at my gym, myself included. Are you going to go through it again? It's rough, but it works.
