I need more variation in my hamstring training. I have a leg curl setup, but this one looks cool if don't have access to a leg curl.




Also this from Jim Stoppanni. I'm gonna try these on my next leg day. I'm also doing 1 leg SLDL on one of my leg days.

Somewhat boredom I guess. I did SLDLs last week and felt soreness in different areas than when I do leg curls. Its training the muscle from the hip vs. the knee.

Yeah I get ya. I'm not really of any help, I've only ever done conventional dead lifts and leg curls haha.

I do the bridges but with my back on the bench and feet on the floor and a BB across my waste. Great glute and hammy exercise.
