Guys like Layne, Joe Defranco, or Dave Tate, then tweaked according to my needs. I change routines if I stop making gains or my goals change, but generally will run a routine a minimum of 12 weeks. The longest I've run a routine is 8 years. -3X

Push Pull Legs, haven't changed for 3 years, other than for about 8 weeks a couple of years ago. If I were to change, I'd decide what my goals are, then find a program set up by a pro with a good reputation.
