The cube strength program is a 3 week program which is cycled as many times as you want. 3 Main days of weights and a core day and cardio day. Anyone tried it?

Myself, @Norlda, and @WinnersNeverQuit are all currently on it. I know @_RudeCrew was on it. Might be others. Solid program. There's also a Kingpin variation that is favored by many.
