@mattd534 So glad I never have to hear it. Either have sports earbuds on power days or noise cancelling bluetooth headphones on hyper days lol.

I suppose you guys can't just take the word of my lady and I that it was to the chest?

Oh well, there's always next month and I'm only getting stronger >=D

@teewhat Sports ones are a TON louder and help me get in the zone for power days, but they're a pain in the ass say for example: after a bench and I try to get up, then get yanked back by the cord. That and I have to have my phone clipped on me.

Blue tooth ones are noise cancelling but not nearly loud enough for my taste. Just super convenient so I wear them on hyper days. I like lifting heavy much more than cranking out reps for days.

last nights bench effors. wek 3 of 5/3/1 95%(105kg) bench, meant to be one rep, went for the second. had a bit of trouble with my left sholder in the second as youll see

please judge gently hahaha

Recently been following some of B Pak's MI40 principles, for any of you who haven't familiarized yourself with it, I strongly recommend it..

So I have recently been working with just 225-315 for sets of 8 of a 4:1 tempo lower rest and trying to squeeze the bar together...

Previously I have been more explosive, here's a video of my old lift because this seems like a vid thread lol.. But check out MI40

Ive been mates with that guy for like 17 years, been working out together forever so were pretty good with spotting one another, hes not actually assisting at all until i drop my left shoulder in the second rep.

I know what you mean though, when you ask a random to spot, and they lift all the weight for you... GTFO

50 kg each side reps pretty sure wasnt FROM m heard a crack in my shoulder tht made coach push the bar aside lol , since then i am sticking to 40 cant try a PR cos got no spotter so raising numbet of reps by 80 kg for nw lol
