Damn I am glad I moved squat days to saturdays. The workout tomorrow looks like absolute hell lol

Also, just realized this log is almost full. At the beginning of the year I told myself I wanted to do 3 things.

Get stronger.
Finish a log on SS.
Fill a notebook with my workouts.

Now the log is almost finished, only a few pages left in my notebook and strength is going up haha

Alright so a lot of things have been bothering me lately.

With how insanely busy and physically demanding work has been lately working out 4 days a week is getting rough. Plus im thinking about how after a whole cycle of the cube method, I really didnt hit that great of PR's. I gained strength a lot faster with madcows. So im really leaning toward going back to a 3 day a week linear program. Most likely either Madcows or Texas Method. Todays workout really made my mind up. I was struggling to squat 215 for like 4-5 reps. One of the problems is I respond better to lifting heavy more often and with the cube im hitting heavy weight every 3 weeks.

Im 99% sure im switching but i would still like to hear your input.

Looks like if you switch things up that the extra day off may be a benefit to you. I know it was for me.

Thanks man. Thats what I liked about Madcows, I had more rest and I was constantly lifting heavy which works for me

I am also considering Sheiko. I enjoyed it the first time I ran it but my squat technique was horrible and my mobility was shit and I ended up hurting myself, but I am confident it wont happen again.

1 other thing is that I might start doing high bar instead of low bar. Lately high bar has felt a lot better.
