Why do you think? I gonna see today. I gonna workout with this diet first time this general 5x5 workout, but last year I had a great results, bigger strenght and I lost 7% of fat.

Hey EK do you need direct ham work in a 5x5? I'm doing madcows where I squat 3 times a week and deadlift once. All heavy sessions. I have been doing pull throughs just for extra Glute and ham work but I'm just curious if heavy squats 3 times a week is enough.
