|Hi I just joined this site and read the above article with the workout, is it possilbe to do cardio and weight training during the same session? I cant workout twice a day due to scheduling. I also workout at home so basically use free weights, no machines|

anyways, yes. you can do cardio and weight training in the same session -- although, if you got the will power, you should experiment what works better for you.
try one month cardio and weight training in the same session
try another month cardio morning and weight training afternoon/evening or whenever...
try another month weight training morning and cardio afternoon/evening
catch the trend?
there is no secret universal formula. everybody is different.
