checking back in real quick. Im still finding a way to get to the gym while averaging around 95-100 hours at work per week. Started my second 10 week cycle of cube kingpin (formerly known as cube bosss).

its official, hit 100.5 chargeable hours last week and got to th gym three times. Body is no longer recovering from working out. 3.5-4 hours of sleep and shitty nutrition is not cutting it right now

Maybe your firm should hire another person....seems like you are doing the work of 2 people judging by the hours you put in. Did I read somewhere that you are an Auditor?

couldnt lift last week, worked 115 hours. hoping to get in a couple times this week. just eating whatever for the past month and not tracking Ive put on about 5 lbs. current BW was 205.6. Starting my prep today. i havent planned anything yet, way to far out to be overly concerned, just want to get myself into a caloric deficit. Im thinking 2800 for a starting point.

Getting back to the gym tommorrow after two weeks off due to work. Sitting at a comupter for 15-20 hours a day is playing havoc on my low back. Im hoping squats go smooth tomorrow. Going to restart my second Cube Kingpin cycle since I only got through one week before I had to take off due to work.

@SRorhrbac0808 LOLZ Yea after not tracking for like a 1.5 months and putting on 5-6 lbs i felt like I should get a head start. Ill create a new thread to do a better job announcing it lol
