Any point is a good starting point.

Personally, I think your questions are irrelevant. I don't understand what your goals are but my opinions shouldn't matter.

You should focus on what you want to focus on.

Whatever you do, make sure to include squats in your program and you should be OK.

You look generally healthy and with a good solid program, dedication and a sensible diet you should be able to achieve your goals.

Just remember to squat.

@Hiiibbbb you're such a meathead

@MyOhMy if you like muscles get onto a fairly 3-4 day a week split to get started, you have to be more specific in terms of goal though

Thanx for replies. I work out 6 times a week. I just changed m rutine one week ago. Before it was: day1-gym(legs+glute) day2-(hands+arms) day3-gym(abs+back) day4- swimmingpool 40x. Gym was 50-60min + 20min cardio after
Now i change to Body pump 3x/week TBC + cardio(20min) 1/week gym+ cardio(20min) 2x/week.

Diet:
Meal 1: 250g fat free quark with flax&pumpkin seeds 1tsp each
1 slice of rae bread

Meal 2: banana

Meal 3: 1 egg +2 eggwhite omelette with spinach and zucchini

Meal 4: cattage cheese150g with tomato

Meal 5: 200g fish with spinach/ broccoli

My goal is to burn 5.6km of fat and gain 3.6 muscle.

Is 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat ok for me on that point?

@eventheodds1 its more sketchy to not like girls and be on this site brah

@MyOhMy
Most people in here recommend 50/40/20 c/p/f for macros so i would give that a try first and if you bloat easily on that maybe lower carb intake. Just experiment . As long as your calories are in the right place macros wont make a huge difference imo

@Hiiibbbb not well put arms + upper back
I guess I have to experiment with c/p/f. Till now it was hard for me to eat more than 1300 calories but I have to try to make 1500 minimum.

1300 calories a day is dangerously close to the bare minimum anyone should consume, ever. Even 1500 is very low, especially given the amount of aerobic exercise you are doing. Realistically a 40/40/20 split is probably fine for your macros. However, you should seriously consider upping your total calories. I'd use this calculator to get a better idea of what the appropriate level should be. My guess is probably somewhere around 1800 for a cut.

It's hard to say whether or not your training split is adequate without knowing the exact exercises and rep ranges. It is definitely very cardio heavy. I also have a hard time believing any program involving body pump is a well designed.

yeah go for 1700 minimum and track and improve your numbers on

Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press
Military press
Chin ups
Bent over rows

the rest is futile..

Thanks guys! It's really helpful. It so hard to eat so much calories especially that I've been eating this way for last 3 years with no big weight change. I guess I will get there bit by bit.
This body-pump is surprisingly good. I didn't believe in it at first as well. Usually group exercises are for people who are afraid of gym but this one is on a good level. You can also tell by people that are taking part.
I'll focus on exercises you guys pointed.

Yeah I have a few clients that do bodypump classes regularly because they really like it and they normally have a really good form on all the exercises we do together. Thats why I approve bodypump for teaching people with lighter weights how to do main compound movements but I dislike it for being entirely focused on total endurance training

Imo weight training should be focused on linear progression and usage of heavier loads
