I am a NEWBIE to this site and weight lifting. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good app I can use on my phone to either create or follow a weight lifting program?

I currently use my fitness pal for my diet. This seems to be highly recommended.

Interval timers are pretty useful. There are a bunch of them available. Makes it way easier to track HIIT sessions, and I've used them to keep track of rest time and stuff too.

I would also recommend a 1RM calculator, many programs use % of rep maxes, makes it easier
