What kind of progression schemes do You use, if You use any?

Or maybe just trying to put more weight on the bar.

Put weight on the bar until im dieing after 8 reps. Keep at that until i can do 12reps, then add more

I do pretty much the same as @Trev182 actually. Add weight when the reps hit 11-12 or so. Deadlifts and squats are the exceptions

Using TUT i arrange my reps and tempo so my last last a minimum of 40seconds !!
Hypertrophy occurs when sets last 40-70seconds.
i.e.
Reps: 8
Tempo: 4-0-1

Reps: 10
Tempo: 3-0-1
