do any of you guys have methods of intensifying a workout? specifically, im doing back day today. But generally i follow just standard lifting methods where you just work 4 sets 8-10. I feel like i should include ways to make the workout more intense and effective. any suggestions?

Are you doing phat? Push pull lugs?

My favorite way of intensifying a workout is to put more weight on the bar and go to work.
