Keep a ball or ur shaker between ur legs while doing leg extensions.. u feel more muscles activating !!! I did.

I'm working on sumo form too!
I start of at 60kgxas many as I can for form for 2 sets, then 80x6 and 90x5 but my form gets a bit crappy the last set so I don't want to go heavier but I hope to get 100kg soon.
They feel way better for me than conventional.
This is an awesome thread, I've learnt a shit load from it.
I can't wait for your bulking one.

@coolguy1993 THanks dude.. i try to put up every day stuff and anything i learn during my workouts and while researching when i'm hanging around waiting for calls.
Yeah sumos felt great today.
What i've learned is don't push it too much too quick cause deadlifts will fock u up and result in injury. The lower back is a touchy mistress.. bitches always trippin'.
Now what ur lifting work on ur form on ur warms ups but ALSO don't warm up too much bro.. u'll gas urself out for ur main lift.

@eventheodds1 Haha.. thanks man. Just another 2%BF to go. 2700cals with 1day cardio at the moment. It's not enough pretty hungry on these cals. Can't wait to lean bulk again.

@Flo1307 Cheers bro yeah feeling a bit leaner. I dont thin i'm going to go below 2700.. i honestly don't think i could cope with any less food. I will however add more cardio as needs be though, add more spinach/salads as a filler to accomodate. But up till now it has been less cardio the better.

Definatly getting leaner man. Not far till you reach the promise land and start bulking again!

Hardest decision a man can make on a cut IMO is less food vs more cardio
