In an effort to post more, i've decided to stop dickin around and start a log. I don't know how consistent I will be and most of my posts are going to be fairly repetitive, so if you're still reading... Welcome!

Current Stats:
19yo
5'7"
165lbs

Squat: 335x2
DB Bench: 95x3
Deadlift: I have just started doing them and haven't felt ready to increase the weight all that much. I've mostly been doing straight legs for my Hamstrings.

I'm currently on PHAT with rest days on Monday and Thursday. I started a bulk about a month ago and I'm unsure if I want to cut around April or just say fuck it and bulk for the whole year. We'll see how I feel as it goes on.
I'm eating 3270 calories split as best as I can 50/30/20
Tomorrow is legs hypertrophy so I'll update you guys on that in the morning.

I'm gonna get some pics up here but my camera is acting weird so I'm gonna try and figure out what the deal is there.

anyway, I'm not expecting this to be a super popular thread but if I can get at least a few of you guys to drop in every once and a while I'd be happy haha.

Today was my favorite day of all time, Chest and arms Hypertrophy!!! I've been using Platinum PRE every once in a while and that stuff is amazing IMO. I always get a massive pump from it.

Yeah, I really like it. I seemed to become used to it really quickly though so I stopped taking it every work out and just use it on my hypertrophy days. Shit was super expensive though so I'm trying to ration it haha.

So I forgot my notebook this morning and don't remember all my lifts to save my life but @LVjack can vouch that I was there killing it today. Found out when I woke up that I've actually lost weight so i've upped my calories. I'm getting 438c/263p/78f I know the protein is waaay high but I just dont know how much more cereal I can stand to eat lol.
I'll have my lower body power day posted up kinda early tomorrow because I've got a doctors appointment when I would normally lift.
