For 4 hours a day I'm a waiter at a resteraunt. Ever since I started serving about 2 months ago, my lower back has been hurting like hell, I constantly try to crack it but 9 times out of 10 it doesnt crack. I've done lower back stretches for a month and a half now but nothing seems to work. Any other things I can do before going to a chiropractor???

Thanks.

Strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, hips, hamstrings, and work on flexibility in those areas as well. Many times lower back pain stems from the fact that your core (not "abs", core) is weak, and the lower back is doing the work those muscles should be doing while you're standing and walking all day.
