Hi. Im new to bodybuilding and have tested maxes. I can deadlift to 350 pounds. I can leg press 540 pounds. I can squat 300 pounds. I bench at a weak 150 pounds. 200 if i really push myself. Im 16 years old since june 30 . Im 5'11 230 pounds or 250 . In that range. I have 16 inch arms . I can run a mile in 7 to 8 minutes . I have a 5.124 40 yard dash. I haven't lifted weights regularly before

If you can push yourself to bench 200, then your bench is 200 not 150.

You have a 20lb weight range? Not sure about that. What is your weight today? That's your weight.

Your numbers are pretty good for your age.

Well the last time I weighed myself was 240 pounds. But that was three weeks ago. And can you give me any advice on how to elevate my maxes?

If you really are new to bodybuilding just stay consistent. Being a newbie, all your lifts will go up with a good diet and being consistent in the gym
