Hi guys, I would ask you a question.
Someone have tried an online coaching service like Guzman or Chris Jones?
Can you advice me one of these (or another)?
However I'm not rich so I was thinking about Guzman because it costs lower and I think He's very good.
Please help me! I'd like to have one person that indicate me witch exercises do (to improve myself) and which macros eat.
Do you have any suggestions?

@JustReal God knows hany many customers Christian has cause he doesnt cap them like most good coaches so ur most likely going to get a cookie cutter program AND he's 21.. d fook does he know. Hasn't had enough life experience to be a coach.

Chris jones is a born entertainer but he's below average intelligence at best.. u can see his advice sways with the current thoughts in the fitness industry... hell he was giving out MEAL PLANS about 3months ago now he preaches macros and criticizes those who dont count calories. He has great genetics and trains like a mutha fucker with COPIOUS amounts of volume that the averrage person in college or 9-5 couldn't fit into their lives.

I'd suggest a coach that can cover hypertrophy and strength programs and knows how to develope for all ages.

Personaly best at the mo at 3dmj, the strength athlete and JTS.

Make a list and then scratch off the ones that you don't see fit.

If they will send you a macro or meal plan before even asking about your past eating or diet, don't bother.

If you are natural and all their successful athletes are not, then they are probably not a very good coach for you.

Also I'd rather have a local coach that I could meet up with vs somebody I just send pictures to.
Go to a local show and see who the athletes are that are doing well, see if there are any trends in who their coaches are and go from there.
