I use to have really bad shoulder problems, every time I moved my shoulder across any plane my shoulder would snap. I raise my hand like a high five, my shoulder popped.

I started working on shoulder health, 2:1 pull to push ratio. Equal volume for rear delts to front delts....BOOM no more shoulder problems!!! Moral of the story, WORK YOUR REAR DELTS Ladies & Gents. Also shoulder mobility helped me a lot!

Just wanted to share if anyone has shoulder problems!

@nine0seven Glad it worked out for you. This is preached here on SS on a regular basis.

I've noticed major improvements in my overall should health and feel since I've incorporated Band Pullaparts with every workout.

@nine0seven Snapped my shoulders this winter, and have since then been focusing on adding read delt to most workouts. It has helped tremendous.
