Possible Chest Injury?16824

I was doing my first workout Dumbbell Press and as I was progressing through the set I stopped because my left chest was hurting. I rested a little then stretched more.i came back and finished the fab presses, I then finished my workout and had a good pump. Should I be worried? (I watched a video by scottherman and I was psychologically afraid.)

If you're worried, go see a doctor. You shouldn't trust some random joe on the Internet when you are referring to your overall health.

Plus, there is literally no information to diagnose from.
