Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've posted. I've been running a simple periodized PPL for the past 5 months or so, and I think it's time to switch it up. I put together a PHUL split that I just started running, and I was hoping to get some feedback. After running it for a week or so, my only thoughts were that the upper hypertrophy day had a little too much volume, and that 10 front squats is a lot of front squats haha... Anyway here's the split:
