|How do I put more emphasis on the serratus and not on the chest in a pull over movement?
Will using a barbell with wide grip over a single DB with close grip be more optimal?
Thinking about adding pull overs for serratus work. However I am doing a L/P/P routine. I understand the movement hits chest, but I don't want to target chest as I would be doing them on pull days. OR maybe I should be doing them on push days?

|Or you could just do a movement that directly hits your serratus on your push day (since they are scapular protractors) like scap push-ups. Either way, they're a "push" not a "pull." -3X|
