trained legs the day before yesterday and trained arms yesterday. legs are a bit sore but should i train them as they are a lagging point in my physique or should i rest till they are not sore? don't want to train chest,back,etc as my arms are fatigued.

How did you train them (sets, reps, etc)?

PS, you should jump on a proven program or ask someone who knows their stuff to help you build one, that way you won't encounter this "problem" again.
