Canditio - Linear or 6 week program15965

Well i have been asking a lot questions about 5/3/1, i found it very complicated and that I'm not ready for something like that, its probably easy but i can't stick to programs like that who are based on %, its to complicated for me and I'm setting my self up to failure, I'm used to do an upper/lower, i have been looking at candito training since its been around here a lot lately, my goal is size and strength, so I'm looking between the linear or the 6 week strength program, where should i start? anyone had good size gain on them?

I have been lifting on and off for 2 years.

Bench: 95 kg (210 pounds)
Deadlift: 140 kg (310 pounds)
Squat: 105 kg (230 pounds)
OHP: 55 kg (121 pounds)

There is just so much information out there, but will go for the linear version for 6 weeks and then i probably use the 6 week template after that

@FireManSI seen any good strength and size gains on it?

@SnackIt Strength yes, size a tiny bit. But it's a STRENGTH based program.
But ur like what 17 or something u'll grow just looking at weights.
