Hi everyone, im french and new here. The past year of training, i did not know how to train and i kept changing my training routine every two weeks... This time i want to stick to a simple and effective routine and progress on it.
Because i have changed so much my lifts did not improve at all since 1 year, so im kinda weak .

Im 177cm, 71kg

Squats 76kg x 8
Deadlifts 112kg x 5
Bench Press 72kg x 7
Overhead Press 47kg x 7
Weighted Chins 29kg x 8
Bent Over Rows 59kg x 8
Weighted Ring Dips 17kg x 8

I have found a routine i plan to use but i dont know if its good considering my goals wich are muscle gain( i dont care about gaining fat atm ).

A
Deadlifts 2 x 4-6
Ohp 2 x 6-8
Chins Ups 2 x 6-8
Rows 2 x 6-8

B
Squats 2 x 6-8
Bench Press 2 x 6-8
Ring Dips 2 x 6-8
Ez Curls 2 x 6-8

I would train 3-4 times a week alternating A and B each sessions.
So guys, should i do this or another routine? Thanks!

It's not even a correct Push/Pull. You have OHP with chins and rows, and curls with press and dips ....

You also should have a dedicated leg day and should have more than 2 sets per move. Look up other Push/Pull/legs programs and re-evaluate. Or possibly look at Upper/Lower split.

@shredm Read the FAQ thread:

There's a section on Training programs for beginner and intermediate/advanced. Come back with specific questions after reading up there.

@shredm Why don't you just do a basic Push Pull LEGS split? If you only train 3 times a week, would go with the Fullbody workout tho.
