Will take you a few years to develop decent legs.

Have a look at the FAQ thread, choose (don't make) a good routine, eat in a good calorie surplus with a good macro split. Put in the effort in the gym and you will get there!

Your legs look proportional to your upper body. A month of training isn't enough to make any significant difference. Just don't skip them anymore.

You're pretty lean. How tall are you? You should hit squats at least 2x per week.

Oh, and don't be embarrassed. Be motivated.

Do not compare yourself with others, it will only bring you down.
I know people that hasn't even lifted half as long as i and they are both stronger and bigger then me, why? Because genetics plays a HUGE role when it comes to bodybuilding.
A good article that has summed up most of the studies made regarding this.

You will never be happy if you compare yourself to others. Being unsatisfied is ok as long as you are willing to get better and better over time but what's not OK is comparing yourself to others ruining your happiness. It's ok I went through that moment of comparing myself to each person I saw.

Here is the answer you are looking for. You are most likely not eating enough, sleeping enough, or eating the right foods.

Get over 8 hrs of sleep at night (at night not at 2am or 3am go to bed at 10pm)

Train your legs super hard for 1hr and 20 mins get creative with a routine and stick with it

Eat clean

Brown Basmati Rice
Quinoa
Rolled Oats
Sweet Potato

Olive, peanut, sunflower, canola, and avocado oils.
Fish.
Nuts.
Flaxseed and pumpkin seeds. lol I could go on and on

Breakfast: 4 boiled eggs (drink water)
Pre-lunch snack: mixed nuts; apple. (Drink Water)
Lunch: tuna salad with olive oil, kale.(Drink Water)
Pre-workout: cottage cheese with blueberries.(Drink Water)
Post-workout: protein shake; spinach, potatoes and some fruit. (Drink Water)
Dinner: chicken breast potatoes; turkey, and vegetables. (Drink Water)
