PPL is just a fancy term for a bro-split IMO

its still Chest/tris
back/bis
legs

Upper body with twice the volume as lower

Bro splits MUST have a separate day for just arms. It's a law.

I like PPL because it's a simple way to hit everything 2x/week.

I moved from PHAT to LPP early in the year, I messed about with it and swapped days and bodyparts and by the time i'd finished messing with it it was more brosplit than LPP!

So now Im back on PHAT, until I have finished a LPP plan I will stick to!

The way I went about it was to write down a load of exercises I knew, the ones I used and the ones I would be able to do in my gym.

Then I stuck them under the categories push/pull/legs.

I would have the biggest compound move first in the order for each session, e.g - Squats for legs, deads/rack deads/bent over row for pull and bench for push(sometimes dropped bench and did BBOHP).

I would then work down the order from the biggest move to the small isolation move.

Im working from memory but Push was 2or3 chest moves, 2 delt, 3 tri, Pull was 4or5 back, 2or 3 bi and legs was 4or5 moves plus calves. Bit of volume but worked alright for me.

Any good?
