Im pretty interested in what people have to say. If they could explain WHY they prefer that training program thatd be great.

My fave so far out of Starting strength, different bro splits, upper lower and phat is definitely PHAT. Think I'd enjoy PPL too though

Its a nice set routine with all of my favorite lifts, the volume I prefer and very visible results from progressive overloading. Might just be because my diet is in check but my best gains have been from PHAT so far.
And its just fuckin' fun =P

Love how simple it is, love i can swap it about easily, i can change about exercises at the gym to suit how busy the gym is. I can add supersets and dropsets at ease. Plus i love high volume.

Basically i pick a body and go and beast it. Check my log fir more details haha

And the best part....been seeing really good gains!!

What are your guys thoughts on a rotating upper/lower split e.g.

Mon - Upper
Wed - Lower
Fri - Upper
Mon - Lower
Wed - Upper
Fri - Lower

So one week your doing upper twice and lower once and the nest week the opposite?

Again comes down to what your training for , and if u have any lagging body parts that bees extra work , most importantly find a routine that works for your body ,
