I know, I have no good excuses. I still workout at home though, but making it work, I'm loving Phat! I have a REALLY short attention span! Honestly hard as Fu to log my food everyday, I think I have A.D.D. srs. I'm not doing too bad though with my diet, I don't think I've gained any weight, just not really loosing much either. I have been nailing my abs too, so when I finally do drop the B/F I should have pretty impressive abs hopefully...

@FiremanSi Are you married bro? Got a family or are you a bachelor?

@Thedude67 long term girlfriend nearly 3yrs... moving in prob next yr. She can eat like a guy my size and doesnt really put on weight.. literally race the girl to the last slice of pizza.. nightmare trying to get her in the gym.

Flat bench: 155x10x2 then 8, then 6...145x4
Incline flys: 35x12x3
Flat DB press: 50x12x3
Dips: Bodyx6x3
Preacher curls: 65x10x3
EZ bar curls: 55x10x3
DB curls: 25x10x3
Skull krushers: 65x10x3
Overhead DB press: 50x10x3
Cable pushdowns: 45x10x2

Good Upper power day, here's how it went:

Yates: 155x8x4
Lat pulldown: 110x8x3
T-bar: 110x8x3
Flat bench: 185x4x4 205x1
DB flat bench: 55x8x3
Dips: bodyx6x3
DB shoulder press: 50x4x3
DB front raise: 25X6X3
Bent over flys: 15x12x4
EZ bar curl: 75x4x4
Skull Krushers: 75x4x4

I've moved my reps up on a lot of things for the whole progressive overload thing. Next week I'm going to bump up some of weight and lower the reps back down. I noticed my traps are WAY different in size? I feel like I can't flex my left side all the time, it's weird. When I can get them both flexed, my right is a bit bigger, but most of the time my right gets fully flexed and my left is totally relaxed and it looks weird as hell...
