@mnussbaum01 nah I was just joking man. I personally like to do weighted exercises for abs. Like cable crunches, decline weighted sit ups, and cable wood choppers. Around 3 sets of each and I stick around 15 to 20 reps.

Visible abs is mainly determined by your body fat percentage just so you know. You do abdominal exercises to develop them like any other muscle but you aren't going to see them unless your body fat is low enough

Yeah I realize that. I'm not expecting visual results anytime soon. I just need to develop a stronger core. I just need some good exercises

Not sure if planks build mass, but there's some noticeable strength gains when you can hold them for a minute+
