Exactly!!! I'm trying to get my cals up to 2900-3000 and reduce the number of HIIT sessions to 1 or 2 and still be at maintenance.

I'm now at 2750-2800 cals and I'm doing 3-4 HIIT sessions a week.

TBH.. ur at the perfect weight i think anyway. Ur physique is ridic. So u have a great base to start bulking again if thats wat u want. But reverse diet that sheeet first.

^^This. Thats my plan when i finish cutting dude. Slow lean bulk, 1-1.5lbs/month for sure. Patience is KEY.

1 day till I come back to Montreal!! (I'm still in France!)
quick update here: i've stopped creatine for 2 weeks now and weight didn't move an ounce. I'm still at 180.0 And i'm even leaner than i was when i got here

When I come back I'll jump on Bill Starr 5x5 and train at most 3 times a week and focus on progression. I'm done with wrecking myself with 6 days a week sprints/high volume gym sessions.

I feel so much better now that i've taken a 2 weeks break. I wont do the same mistake of totally overtraining myself. I'm happier, relaxed, focused and energized.

My goal from now on: train at most 3 times a week, focusing on school, sleeping 9 hours each night, having good times with friends and be less crazy about my diet. I feel i was totally closed to the outside world this summer.

I've practiced a paleo/IF mix while on vacations to stay lean and i loved it. I binged like crazy at night and kept my weight at a minimum. I might continue on with that. And energy levels were sky rocket during the day.
