Training for physique instead of strength/BB10533

I've been training bodybuilding/strength style for the entirety of my training. Been on Legs/Push/Pull for awhile, before that was 531, Upper/Lower, etc. I was wondering if my training should change at all if I was looking into entering some physique competitions? Would I serve better to train a "bodypart split" instead of the Legs/Push/Pull and really hammer each bodypart? I mean I'd still work on progressive overload, but most of the training would be focused on 8-12 reps or so instead of 6-8. Should I train legs as much or differently? I think I'd be better doing higher rep leg work maybe once per week or once every other week.

Anywho, how would a split like this look:

day 1: chest
day 2: back
day 3: legs
day 4: shoulders
day 5: arms
day 6: off
day 7: off

Focusing on 1-2 compounds per muscle group plus 3-4 accessories. Also a 10% caloric surplus while bulking slowly with some HIIT during the week after training maybe once or twice for 10 intervals.

does that look good?

I never got the same pump in my arms that I got giving arms a separate days, however it isn't efficient in terms of timing anymore, but if u have the time for it then I dont see why not

@JJ3065 One of the reasons i follow this kind of split is because a P/P/L/R split really smashes my shoulders - as in the actual joint and rotator cuff. For example if i do 2 presses for chest and one or two for shoulders maybe twice a week my shoulders a wrecked. Also Arms are weaker if not by themselves and i just enjoy it more. Eavh to his own

Men's athelete competitors train like bodybuilders and usually also lift heavy weights. Many of them also squat hard and build legs also

The main difference physique and bodybuilding competitors is that people aiming for "physique" don't cut fat-% never as down as bodybuilders. In men's physique your face look has also it's place

PS a familiar of mine is men's physique competitor and he trains usually with bro split (4-5day and all again).
