just started phat routine ( the best routine i have have done in my opinion ),
but my muscle doesnt hurt when i was doing one muscle per week after the legs day i almost coudlnt walk and now i dont feel it
almost all the set to failure except the first set .
do i do something wrong maybe ?

Soreness isn't really an indication of a good workout, i myself get a delay on my soreness too, sometimes none.

@golagola if u just started training id just do a general split eg legs, chest, back etc

personally i make sure to go for doms.

Doms isn't a good indicator of a solid workout whatsoever.

I have made some of the greatest gains in the passed year, and I very rarely get sore.
