Would this be a good chest routine?

DB chest press 3-4x8
DB incline 3-4x8
Dips 3x8-10
cgbp 2x8
rope pull downs 2x8

Any advice would be great

well it would be chest and triceps. Personally i like more sets but try it out only way to know!

Rope Pull downs are more triceps bro. Personally I like a deep contraction exercise like flies or cable cross overs. But we all work differently so experiment with different exercises.

Sorry forgot to specify its a Chest and Tricep routine....
I like cable flies.... would seated or standing cable flies be better?

@GettingCUT number of sets depebds on how hard you push each set. If you stay two reps shy of failure then 3 ~5 sets is great per each chest and tricep exercise. And if you push to failure then 2 sets is fine. Dont get stuck on numbers ~ same goes for reps, dont stop on 8 or push to failure just to reach 8. Use 3~5 sets per exercise and 6~10 reps as a guidline and listen to your body and see how u respond. What is important is progression! If you progress u will grow

@GettingCUT trade dbells for flat then go incline bbells. and add a flying movement.

Id take out cgbp, pull downs, and add cable flyes, pec flyes, or flyes on the pec dec machine.

So mine would look like:

DB chest press 3-4x8
DB incline 3-4x8
Pec Dec 3x 8 (I like 8-10 reps)
Cable cross over 2x8 (8-10 reps as well)
Dips 3x8

Very minimal change but focus less directly on the triceps and more on the chest.
