New Bench Video - 425lb9961

Got a new bench video up,

First time ever using an elbow wrap, definitely felt it kept my joints and muscles warm, which was good because I have some injuries in this area.. I kept the lift pretty conservative, I've done 425lb a bunch of times...

I'm going to continue using the sleeve, but drop it for my last set, as I won't be able to use the sleeve in competition, so I don't want to be using it as a crutch only as an injury prevention...

It's an inzer sleeve, can't really comment on quality or anything, nothing to compare to, but it felt nice

Thanks brother, 315x3 is a really good lift if you're pulling good form, I remember when I first hit 315 I felt like i was on top of the world...

He competes in the IPF which trsts year round randomly, Ive been looking inti the GBPF which also does it for any winners and random tests throughout the year round

really depends what set im on, when I'm building with 5s or 3s I pause on the last rep only touch and go for the build up... For my singles, I basically pause when it feels good in my hands, depends on the rep

yea my deadlift is shitty, slacked for far too long, every 2 weeks I rep my prior max though lol, couple weeks ago I hit 500lb for the first time after failing the week before, last tuesday I repped it for 5, then I pulled 545lb, I'll be over 600 mid June...

Yea I definitely said it took me 2 years from when I hit 315lb to hit 405lb... took about 2 years for 225lb to 315lb too... Though I'm looking to progress from my 405lb to 495lb in under 18 months
