i would like to start phat next week but i have some problems,
1.coz i am working home i have screw dumbbell so the time between set will get longer abit is it a big problem?
2. i dont have leg press and seated leg curl only lying leg curl and squat / front squat / etc...
will it be problem ?

You can make substitutions accordingly. Try to just be quick when changing your dumbbells, but you'll be fine. -3X
