I wad able to get 275 which is not much compared to a lot of you but I'm still happy. I know my butt came up a little to much but I've been working on that and it has definitely improved!

Pretty strong man! Good job. At least you didn't do a dive bomb with the bar on your chest like I see a lot of people doing. haha. As far as but coming up. Just practice!

@SRorhrbac0808 thanks man I appreciate it!! Ya I like to bring the bar down slow. I feel as if I'm cheating if I slam it down and bounce it hard.
